I am Murpp, the Nebula Raid Lead. I've been leading Mythic raiding for the past 4 seasons, as well as leading TBC and MoP raids in those versions. While 75% of Mythic bosses cleared is always the goal, the people you spend it with really make your time worthwhile. I enjoy analyzing Warcraft Logs, refining strategies, and helping the team improve with every pull, but I know successful raid teams are built on more than just strong players. Having traveled all over the world and met people from countless cultures and backgrounds, I've learned how to communicate with and lead all kinds of personalities—something that's been invaluable in building a cohesive raid team.

My goal is to foster an environment where people enjoy raiding together, trust one another, and continue improving even through difficult progression. I value honesty, accountability, and transparency, and I believe everyone, INCLUDING MYSELF, has room to learn and grow.
