Nabreezy

Hey! I'm Nabreezy, the Raid Leader for Pluto.

I've been leading Mythic raiding for 3 seasons now and have achieved CE each time, but while getting Cutting Edge is always the goal, I believe the journey there matters just as much as the achievement itself. I love diving into Warcraft Logs, breaking down encounters, refining strategies, and figuring out how we can squeeze just a little more out of every pull. Whether it's optimizing raid cooldowns, adjusting assignments, or reviewing mechanics after raid, I'm always looking for ways to help the team improve. That said, I don't believe great raid teams are built on numbers alone.

A lot of guilds can recruit skilled players. The harder part is building a roster that actually enjoys raiding together, trusts each other, and keeps improving even when progression gets frustrating. That's the kind of environment my officers and I have fostered here and will continue to build upon each season.

Everyone makes mistakes, including me. What matters is recognizing them, learning from them, and getting a little better on the next pull. If you're willing to put in the effort, ask questions, accept feedback, and keep improving, you'll always have my respect. I'm also a big believer in transparency. If you're benched, I'll tell you why. If I think there's something you can improve, I'll explain it. If you've been putting in the work, I'll make sure you know that too. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, accountability, and a team-first mindset.

At the end of the day, we're all here because we are competitive and have love for this game. My goal is to keep maintaining and building up a team that pushes for Cutting Edge without losing sight of why we raid in the first place: overcoming difficult challenges together, celebrating each other's successes, and having a good time along the way.
