No. Raider.IO is the required profile link for the main application flow. WarcraftLogs is optional, but helpful if you want officers to review parses directly.

Yes. Applicants can rank multiple teams so officers can route them to the best schedule and progression fit.
Who maintains recruitment needs?
Officers maintain team status, schedules, needs, progression requirements, and public copy directly from the admin console.
